Requirements
Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education as part of a team
Support children’s development through planned activities and routines
Act as a key person, maintaining observations and assessments
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Support daily routines including meals, activities, and transitions
Work in line with nursery policies, procedures, and EYFS framework
Assist with maintaining accurate records and reports
Support children with additional needs and work with external agencies where required
