Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | £13.27 per hour | 3 Days a Week
Looking for a nursery role that gives you four days off each week?
We’re recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a warm and welcoming early years setting near Aylesbury. You’ll work three days per week, 7:15am–6:00pm, supporting children within a nurturing, child-led environment where outdoor learning and hands-on experiences are an important part of the day. You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing training and opportunities to progress your early years career.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will help provide high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for the children.
You will:
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children’s individual needs and interests
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Promote children’s wellbeing, safety and development
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and hygiene
- Work closely with the wider nursery team to provide consistently high-quality childcare
About You
- Recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification essential
- Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting
- Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about children’s development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain a new check
