About the Nursery
This welcoming nursery is registered for 48 children and also offers breakfast and after-school club provision. The setting has a GOOD Ofsted rating and provides a supportive environment where practitioners can work with different age groups depending on their experience, strengths and preferences. The nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team as soon as possible.

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Requirements
Level 3 childcare qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ nursery experience
Ideally a driver due to the location
Flexible with shift patterns between 7:30am and 6:30pm
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery
Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
Plan and carry out engaging age-appropriate activities
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Maintain a safe, caring and stimulating environment
Follow nursery policies, procedures and safeguarding guidelines
Observe, assess and record children’s progress
Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth running of the setting
