Job Description:

  • Deputy Nursery Manager – Term time only 
    • Salary: £14.00 to £18.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
    • Location: Maidenhead
    We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager. to join their team to help support the afternoon crew on a term time only basis or you can work all year round, the client is very flexible! This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with school-aged children, supporting a team, and creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment where children can thrive.
    Working Hours
    • Flexible working hours, depending on the successful candidate.
    • Term time only: 18.75 hours per week (2:45pm to 6:30pm).
    • Opportunity to work during school holidays on a full-time basis (8 to 8.5-hour shifts between 8:15am and 5:45pm).

    About You

    • Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential) along with your Maths and English.
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children’s development
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
    • A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
