They are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative Baby Room Leader. As a Baby Room Leader, you will support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.
About You
• Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children’s development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
