Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced baby room leader join a growing team in a family run, private nursery based in Thames Ditton.
There is ample parking on the roads surrounding the nursery and within walking distance of Thames Ditton train station.
Requirements for the role:
· has a NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in childcare
· has previous experience of running a baby room
· has a genuine passion and enjoyment for working with children
· has a commitment to safeguarding and will support the nursery in its high standard of safety and safeguarding – an enhanced DBS check will be required
· is willing to work as part of a team
· has a friendly personality with a flexible and calm approach
You will be required to:
· Contribute to planning, observations, records, reports
· Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and team members
· Provide rich learning opportunities for the children
· Ensure that welfare and learning needs are met
· Actively participate in staff meetings, parents evenings, open days, training

Experience:
