The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning and development while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children’s learning through play and planned activities
- Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
- Providing high-quality care, including supporting personal care routines
- Contributing to planning and activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitoring children’s development and supporting their individual next steps
- Building strong partnerships with parents and providing daily feedback on their child’s progress and experiences
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding Early Years practice
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within an Early Years or nursery setting
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Is passionate about supporting children’s development
- Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to providing high-quality childcare
- Works well as part of a team
- Holds an Enhanced DBS check, or is willing to obtain one
