  We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is committed to providing high-quality care, learning and development for young children.    Key Responsibilities
  

  •  Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  •  Plan and support engaging activities that encourage children’s learning and development.
  •  Build warm and positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.
  •  Observe, assess and contribute to children’s learning and development.
  •  Support children’s personal care, routines and wellbeing.
  •  Promote children’s independence, confidence and social development.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team to provide the best possible experience for every child.

  Essential Requirements
  

  • Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification recognised as full and relevant.
  •  A genuine passion for working with young children.
  •  Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
