Job Description:

  • Part-Time Nanny – East Chiltington

    A warm and friendly family is looking for an experienced nanny to care for their two young children for three days per week.

    Start date: Ideally 8 November, with the possibility of shorter hours initially and three full days from January.

    Days and hours:

    * Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

    * 7:30am–6:30pm

    * Mondays may be slightly flexible

    * 33 hours per week

    The youngest child is a happy, chatty and energetic one-year-old who loves music. The older child is sociable and enjoys crafts, books and cooking. They attend preschool during the day until 3:30pm and will be collected by their parent.

    The role will include caring for the youngest child throughout the day, planning age-appropriate activities and preparing the children’s evening meal.

    The family lives in a rural location, so the nanny must have a full driving licence and their own car. Plenty of parking is available.

    One parent works from home for part of the week and also works locally. The family has a friendly cat. There is a securely fenced swimming pool and pond at the property.

    Salary: £17–£22 gross per hour, depending on experience
