Job Description:

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
  • Position: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
  • Salary: £27,500–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Working Pattern: Option to work across 4 or 5 days

  We are recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming, purpose-built nursery on a full-time, permanent basis.
  The nursery operates between 7:30am–6:30pm, with shifts falling within these hours. There is flexibility for the 40-hour working week to be completed across either 4 or 5 days.

  The Role

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
  • Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team.

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience within an Early Years or nursery environment.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
  • A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
