Up to £14 an hour dependent on experience and knowledge
Part-time role working 11am – 3pm per day – between 2 to 5 days per week
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Godalming who are looking for lunch time assistants to help the children with mealtimes as well as following their sleep routines and supporting early afternoon activities. We are looking for lunch time assistants who have experience working with children 0-4 years old and can quickly work as part of a team.
The Role
• Support children’s care, wellbeing, and safety during lunchtime.
• Encourage positive mealtime experiences and independence.
• Assist with nursery routines, activities, and hygiene standards.
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
About You
• Recognised CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working with children 0-4 years old where references can be gained
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
• A can do attitude
• An ability to work as part of a team
