Job Description:

  • Live-In Nanny (Live-Out Considered) | Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire | Up to £40,000

Are you an energetic, caring, and experienced nanny looking for a long-term role with a lovely family?

A warm and welcoming family in Beaconsfield (HP9) is seeking a dedicated nanny to care for their 19-month-old son, a happy, active little boy who loves swimming, bike rides, and exploring the world around him. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who enjoys being outdoors, keeping busy, and supporting a child’s development through fun, engaging activities.

    The Role

    • Sole charge care of a 19-month-old boy
    • Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
    • Supporting learning and development through play
    • Taking him to swimming lessons and activities
    • Preparing meals and snacks for the child
    • Maintaining routines and ensuring his wellbeing at all times
    • Child-related duties only

    Hours

    • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm
    • Weekends are generally your own time, although occasional cover may be required with plenty of notice.

    Salary & Benefits

    • Up to £40,000 per annum
    • Monthly fuel allowance provided
    • Live-in accommodation available
    • Long-term position with a supportive family

    Accommodation

    • The successful nanny will have accommodation within the family’s guest house, including:
    • Private bedroom
    • Private bathroom
    • Separate access

Please note that the downstairs area of the guest house is used as a workspace by the father during the day and is therefore not a private living area.

    Essential Requirements

    • Previous nanny or childcare experience
    • Driver with own car
    • Confident swimmer
    • Active, energetic, and happy to spend time outdoors
    • Reliable and committed to a long-term position
    • Excellent references and right to work in the UK

    Start Date
This is an urgent requirement. The family’s current nanny leaves on 6th November, and they are keen to arrange a handover period if possible.
The family have previously been let down and are looking for a nanny who fully understands the commitment of a 12-hour day and is seeking a stable, long-term role.
If you are a caring, proactive nanny who loves working with toddlers and enjoys an active lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you.
