Tinies Dorset seeks enthusiastic, self‑motivated childcare practitioners for temporary assignments across nurseries and preschools in the Poole locality.
The Role
You will work within early years settings, caring for children aged five and under, contributing positively as part of a dedicated team. Assignments offer variety and the opportunity to engage with children in fun, stimulating environments.
The Candidate
Demonstrable experience of working with young children, with verifiable references
Genuine passion for early years care and development
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Initiative, flexibility and adaptability
Hold a DBS registration via the Update Service, or willingness to complete the application process
Terms & Benefits
Hourly rate: £14.28–£14.56 (inclusive of holiday pay)
Flexible working patterns: 1–5 days per week; term‑time only options available
