Job Description:

  • We are working with a wrap around club who are looking for a manager to join the club.  This role is typically 12-6pm Monday -Friday with flexibility in the school holidays. 
    This is a variable rota from 8-6pm usually working 30 hours per week. 
    Main tasks of the role are:
    -To oversee the collection of the children and take into the club
    -Plan and organize activities for the children and keep records of planning
    -Ensue all paper work is completed
    -To make sure all policies and procedures are followed
    -To lead weekly team meetings
    For this role you need :
    -A level 3 or above childcare qualification or play work qualification
    -Have a strong background of working with children.
    -To be willing to complete company training
    -To be able to model good practice
    -To love working with children
    -To be able to organise and be involved in the activities with the children
    -To be able to lead, motivate and support a team
    In return the company are offering a salary of £14.51 – £15.00 per hour as well as
