Role: Flexible Nursery Practitioner

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a fully flexible basis — fitting around your availability, while bringing consistent, loving care to the children who need you most.
You nurture confidence, kindness and curiosity — it comes naturally to you
You keep children safe and happy: calm in busy moments, gentle in quiet ones
You understand child development, health & safety, and best practice — not as rules, but as care in action
You turn ordinary days into magic: exploring Torquay’s seafront, woodland walks, creative crafts and big, joyful laughs
You listen, you notice, you encourage — every child matters deeply to you
You hold a relevant early years qualification (Level 2/3 or above), have experience, a clean DBS, and a real passion for what you do

You’re an experienced Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny or Childminder
You love flexible working — happy to pick up shifts when it suits you, while being reliable and committed

This is a flexible role — days, hours and locations across Torquay and nearby are arranged around your availability. Ideal if you want variety, to balance other commitments, or simply love being where you’re needed most.
