Hours: 8:00am–6:00pm

Salary: £20–£25 gross per hour, depending on experience

Settling-In Days: Some settling-in days to be arranged in December 2026
A lovely family based in E2 is looking for an experienced, warm and nurturing nanny to care for their baby, who will be approximately 6 months old when the position begins. The role will run from 4 January until 28 May 2027, with some settling-in days arranged in December beforehand.
The family is looking for someone with strong and recent baby experience, who is confident supporting a baby through this important stage of development, particularly with weaning, routines and developmental milestones.
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing attentive and nurturing sole-charge care
Following and supporting the baby’s feeding and sleep routines
Supporting weaning and the introduction of solids
Preparing fresh, healthy and age-appropriate meals and snacks
Supporting developmental milestones
Planning stimulating and age-appropriate activities
Attending baby classes, playgroups and local activities
Taking the baby for walks, outings and age-appropriate days out
Encouraging development through sensory play, reading, singing and interactive play
Keeping the baby’s bedroom, play areas, toys and equipment clean and organised
Baby’s laundry and general nursery duties
Maintaining clear communication with the parents regarding the baby’s routine and development

The family is looking for someone warm, nurturing, reliable and proactive, with strong baby experience and a good understanding of weaning, routines and developmental milestones. They would love someone who enjoys getting out and about and planning engaging activities as the baby grows.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid, strong references and the right to work in the UK.”
