  We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will be supporting  young children, with their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care.   Responsibilities

  • Supervise children during playtime, mealtimes, and organised activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
    Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Manage behaviour positively, promoting good manners, respect, and cooperation among children.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including safeguarding procedures.

  Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
    Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Childcare qualifications recognised within the UK (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
  • Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between settings or home visits.
  • Passionate about early childhood development with a caring attitude towards young children.
