A warm, welcoming, and fully staffed family based in SW5 are seeking an experienced, professional, and proactive Nanny to provide exceptional care for their baby.
This is a long-term position ideally suited to a candidate who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is confident supporting a baby’s daily routines, development, and wellbeing independently.

Monday to Thursday
Morning Routine
Monday & Wednesday: 7:00am – 10:00am
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00am – 10:00am, plus an additional hour (9:00am – 10:00am) dedicated to nursery duties
Evening Routine
Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday
8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday
10:00am – 7:00pm
Please note that occasional babysitting and additional support during periods of child illness may be required. Any extra hours will be agreed in advance wherever possible.
The Role
The family are seeking a warm, attentive, and highly organised nanny who can confidently support their baby’s daily routines, development, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will work closely with the family to ensure consistency in routines, encourage developmental milestones, and create a nurturing, stimulating environment in which the baby can thrive.
The role combines sole-charge childcare with nursery duties, making it ideal for a candidate who enjoys variety and takes a proactive approach.
Childcare Responsibilities
Morning Routine
Preparing the baby for nursery/daycare each morning
Feeding the baby milk and age-appropriate solid meals
Dressing, grooming, and attending to all personal care needs
Ensuring all items required for nursery are packed and prepared
Nursery/daycare drop-off
Communicating relevant information to nursery staff, including:
Feeding updates
Sleep routines
Health and wellbeing information
Any important parental messages
Evening Routine
Collecting the baby from nursery/daycare
Sharing key updates from nursery with the parents
Preparing and serving milk and evening meals
Bathing and changing into bedtime clothing
Supporting calm, age-appropriate wind-down activities
Following the baby’s established sleep routine
Settling the baby safely for bedtime and providing reassurance where needed
Full-Day Care (Friday & Saturday)
Providing attentive sole-charge care throughout the day
Planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities
Supporting developmental milestones including:
Tummy time
Sensory play
Crawling, standing, and walking development
Language and social development
Organising local outings and walks
Following feeding and nap schedules
Managing the evening routine including bath and bedtime preparation
Nursery & Child-Related Duties
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, an additional hour is allocated to nursery administration and organisation, including:
Children’s laundry and ironing where required
Organising and maintaining the baby’s wardrobe and drawers
Rotating and cleaning toys
Monitoring clothing sizes and seasonal requirements
Keeping an inventory of baby supplies and essentials
Informing parents or household staff of items requiring replenishment
Maintaining nursery areas to an excellent standard of organisation

£53,768 gross per annum
