About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery team in N22

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Support children’s personal care and daily routines.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of childcare.
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Baby room experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable).
Working Hours
- 24 hours per week
- Shifts are scheduled between 7:30am and 6:30pm.
- Flexible working patterns may be available, including a 4-day working week where operationally possible.
