Job Description:

  • Baby Room Leader
    • Up to £29,000 per annum 40 hours a week (dependent on qualifications and experience)
    • Poole, Dorset

    The Role

    As a Room leader, you will support the Management team in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.

    About You

    • Recognised CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
    • Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting
    • Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children’s development
    • A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
