  £45,000 – £50,000 | Full-Time | Permanent

  Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity?

  We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent nursery seeking an exceptional leader to oversee a large, thriving early years setting. Catering for up to 90 children across four age-group rooms, the nursery offers outstanding indoor and outdoor learning opportunities, including a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and Forest School.

  This role would suit an experienced Nursery Manager who has previously managed a larger setting and is confident leading sizeable teams, maintaining occupancy, driving quality standards, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for children, families, and staff.

  The Role

  As Nursery Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring outstanding standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance. You’ll be a visible and hands-on leader with excellent people management skills and a genuine passion for high-quality early years education.

  Key Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing a larger nursery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
