What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for Nursery Practitioners who:
Hold an SCQF Level 7 childcare qualification or above
Have previous experience working in an Early Years setting
Are passionate about supporting children aged 0–5 years
Are adaptable and confident working across different nursery environments
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are reliable, punctual and flexible
Can quickly build positive relationships with children, colleagues and nursery teams
Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner with Tinies, you will:
Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5 years
Follow each nursery’s routines, procedures and policies
Work as part of the nursery team to provide a positive experience for children
Help create a safe, secure, caring and stimulating environment
Support and encourage fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
Assist with children’s mealtimes and daily routines
Promote children’s wellbeing, learning and development
Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming nursery environment
