Are you passionate about giving children the very best start in life? We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our Early Years team.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive through play. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll support each child’s individual development while building strong relationships with families, helping every child reach their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
* Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and secure.
* Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Supporting children’s learning, development, wellbeing, and individual needs.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
* Acting as a Key Person, observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress and achievements.
* Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with families.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care and education.
* Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is at the heart of everything we do. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references in line with our safer recruitment procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (or holds an equivalent full and relevant qualification).
Passionate about providing exceptional care and education for young children.
Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Caring, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping every child thrive.
An excellent communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Organized, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
