  • Position: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Salary: £26,436.80–£28,500 per year, depending on experience

  We are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and welcoming nursery setting in Sidcup on a full-time, permanent basis.
  This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

  The Role
  

  • As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
  • Support and monitor children’s individual learning and development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the wider nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education.
  • Encourage children’s confidence, independence and emotional development.

  What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding.
  • A warm, patient and child-centred approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for Early Years.
  • A commitment to supporting every child’s individual development.

  Salary
  
  £26,436.80–£28,500 per year, depending on experience.
