    Working Pattern: Term Time Only – 38 weeks per year
    Salary: £25,043 FTE

    About the Role
    We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming nursery team in PE1 on a permanent, term-time basis.
    Working 36 hours per week across 38 weeks of the year, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children within a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    * Provide a high standard of care and support for children within the nursery
    * Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development
    * Support children’s physical, emotional, social and educational development
    * Observe and monitor children’s progress and contribute to appropriate records and assessments
    * Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
    * Support children’s individual routines and needs, including mealtimes and personal care where required
    * Help maintain a safe, clean, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment
    * Follow all safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures
    * Work effectively as part of the wider nursery team

    About You
    We are looking for someone who:
    * Is caring, patient and enthusiastic about working with children
    * Has experience within an Early Years or nursery environment
    * Can build warm and positive relationships with children
    * Is a confident team player with good communication skills
    * Understands safeguarding and the importance of providing a safe environment for children
    * Is committed to supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
    * Holds a relevant Early Years/Childcare qualification or equivalent
