We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a busy, well-established nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity for either an existing Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be passionate about early years education, confident in leading a team, and motivated to drive high standards across the setting.
This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas, and support the nursery on its journey of continuous improvement.

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
50 hours per week across 5 days

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
Support occupancy growth and maintain the nursery’s excellent reputation
Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Requirements
Experience
Previous experience within an early years setting
Management or senior leadership experience desirable
Applications welcomed from Deputy Managers looking to progress into a Manager role
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Passionate, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
