Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into your first Nursery Manager role? We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, child-focused nursery in Westbourne that is looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager to lead the setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards of care and education.
The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring children receive the highest quality care whilst leading, inspiring and supporting your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery
- Managing compliance, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Building positive relationships with parents and families
- Driving occupancy and supporting the nursery’s growth plans
- Ensuring exceptional standards of care, learning and development
About You

- Current Deputy Managers ready for their first Manager position
- Existing Nursery Managers seeking a smaller, close-knit setting
- Level 3 qualified Early Years professionals (minimum)
- Strong leaders who enjoy coaching and developing others
