As one of the largest settings within the group, this thriving nursery offers 136 places and is split across two buildings, one of which is dedicated exclusively to pre-school children. The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will lead a thriving 136-place nursery, oversee the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for all children. You will inspire, support and develop your staff team, build strong partnerships with families, drive occupancy and business performance, and ensure all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently met. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to make a real impact within a large, successful nursery setting.
About You
• Ideally hold a level 5 or above childcare qualification
• Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential) along with your Maths and English.
• Strong leadership skills
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children’s development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
