The Role
This hybrid position is perfect if you thrive in different settings and want greater control over your working week. We’re recruiting experienced practitioners for rewarding work across Torquay and nearby locations including Paignton, Brixham, and Newton Abbot.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven professional childcare experience — either sole-charge nanny work, or senior nursery experience at Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or Senior Practitioner level
Level 2, Level 3 or above childcare qualification
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Current Paediatric First Aid certificate
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development
Excellent communication skills; professional, reliable, and adaptable
