The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the management team in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop.
You will:
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs and interests
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, and development at all times
• Support the opening and development of a brand-new nursery room
• Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and hygiene throughout the setting
About You
• Recognised CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting
• Caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children’s development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
