Role Purpose
The Educator is responsible for supporting the daily care, learning, and development of children ages 0–5, delivering high-quality practice in line with the EYFS framework. The role contributes to ensuring children are safe, engaged, included, and making progress, while maintaining a strong safeguarding culture and positive partnerships with parents.
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.
- Promote an inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
About you
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Enhanced DBS clearance and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
- Clear understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Commitment to promoting children’s welfare, learning, and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification or willing to obtain.
