Position: Permanent, full-time, sole charge
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–7:00pm
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
A family based in SW11 is looking for an experienced, professional and nurturing nanny to provide sole-charge care for their two young children. The family is seeking someone who is confident with both babies and toddlers and who can provide a warm, engaging and stimulating environment while maintaining consistent routines.
Key Responsibilities
Providing sole-charge care for both children
Full nursery duties
Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines
Feeding, changing and supporting developmental milestones
Nursery/school drop-offs and pick-ups
Planning and preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children
Supporting weaning and potty training at the appropriate stages
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, classes and outings
Creating stimulating developmental activities at home
Children’s laundry and keeping their bedrooms, play areas and belongings organised
Managing bath and bedtime routines
Travelling with the family when required
The Ideal Candidate
Strong and recent baby and toddler experience
Childcare qualifications essential, ideally within Early Years or Primary Education
Confident managing two young children independently
Good understanding of child development, weaning and age-appropriate routines
Warm, nurturing, patient and dependable
Proactive, organised and able to take initiative
Creative and enthusiastic about planning activities and outings
Enjoys an active lifestyle, including parks, swimming, bike rides and playgrounds
Strong communicator who provides regular updates to parents
Fluent English required
Happy and flexible to travel with the family
Enhanced DBS required
Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate required
Driver desirable
