Job Description:

We have a fantastic nursery based in CB1 looking for passionate Level 2/3 qualified early years educators to join their fun and friendly team. With Cambridge station not too far away and a bus stop right outside the nursery, or car parking spaces around, this nursery is commutable for all kinds of travel. The nursery provides a large garden equipped with a sandpit, mud kitchen and water play area.  This is a full time role offering 36/40 hours a week with a salary between £25,,501 – £27,997 per annum.

    What we need from you:
    • Level 2/3 qualification in childcare or higher
    • Commitment
    • Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
    • Ability to work within a team
    • Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

    Your duties will include:
    • Taking charge of a key group of children
    • Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
    • Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
    • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
    • Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
    • Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
