  Here Tinies are not just looking for Qualified Early Years educators to join our flexi nursery team but  who can also build a mean wooden block apartment one day and the next build a wooden block farm which supports children’s fine motor skills and imagination through play.

  You don’t need to have a masters in Architecture or know how to pour foundations of a house but you do need to have the confidence and ability to encourage children to use their imagination and support learning and development through play.

  In addition you must:
  • Qualified, experienced, DBS-checked, and passionate about what you do

  • You know child development, health & safety, and best practice — not as rules, but as care in action

  • You turn ordinary days into magic: building towers, exploring materials and textures and developing language skills.

  • You listen, you notice, you encourage — every child matters deeply to you
