Are you passionate about nurturing young minds, sparking curiosity, and making every day feel special for children? We’re looking for a dedicated Level 3+ Early Years Educator to join our nursery flex team.
About the Role
You’ll be part of our team working in a variety of nursery across the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area caring for children from birth to 5 years, building trusting relationships with each child and their family, and supporting the nursery team in planning fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire confidence and creativity.

What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or above (essential)
A genuine love for children and a warm, patient, kind nature
Understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practice
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A proactive approach and a desire to make a positive difference every day
Right to work in the UK; DBS check required (we can support with this)
