• Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

  • Location: Molesey 
  • Salary: Up to £28,529 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) 
  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  The Role

  As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children aged 0-5 years through their early learning journey. Working as part of a dedicated and passionate team, you will help deliver engaging experiences that support each child’s individual development while ensuring they feel safe, happy, and confident.

  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5 years
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting children’s learning through play, exploration, and planned activities
  • Observing and monitoring children’s development
  • Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and sleep routines
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Promoting children’s emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
  • Contributing to planning activities that support the EYFS framework

  About You

  To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and positive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
