  • Deputy Nursery Manager
    • Salary: £16.00 per hour
    • Location: Poole, Dorset

    We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join their team, the nursery is a purpose-built designed to provide exceptional learning opportunities through inspiring environments, free-flow play, and high-quality care.

    The Role

    As Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the club. You will support staff development, maintain high standards of care and safeguarding, and help deliver a programme of activities that children genuinely enjoy.

    About You

    • Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential) along with your Maths and English.
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children’s development
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
    • A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
