A busy and growing childcare agency is recruiting experienced childcare professionals to support families and nurseries throughout Woking and the surrounding areas.
No two days are the same. One week you could be helping a nursery during a busy period, and the next providing exceptional care for a family in their home. If you enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
We’re Looking For Individuals Who Have:
👶 Previous sole charge nanny experience
OR
🏡 Experience as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or Senior Nursery Practitioner
As well as:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A positive and professional attitude
✅ A genuine passion for childcare
✅ The ability to adapt quickly to different childcare settings
Essential Requirements
✔ Childcare qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or above)
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
✔ Paediatric First Aid Certificate
✔ Previous professional childcare experience
✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
