The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for childcare professionals who possess either:
✔ Previous sole charge nanny experience, or
✔ Experience in a Senior Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Nursery Management position
Alongside:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development
✔ A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
Essential Requirements
✅ Childcare qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or above)
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
✅ Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
✅ Previous experience working with children in a nanny or nursery setting
✅ Strong understanding of children’s care, learning, and development
Your Responsibilities Could Include
👶 Providing high-quality childcare in family homes on a sole charge basis
🎨 Planning engaging and age-appropriate activities
📚 Supporting children’s learning and development through play
🤝 Working alongside nursery teams to maintain outstanding care
