We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent run nursery in Hampshire, near Southampton, set within a beautiful old Edwardian house full of warmth and character. Are you an experience Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader looking for your next challenge? This could the be role for you.
The role
• Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years care and education.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and organised environment for children to thrive.
• Lead and support a team of practitioners, promoting best practice and high standards.
• Ensure safeguarding requirements are met and contribute to an outstanding experience for children and families.
About You
• Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children’s development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
