Job Description

  • Job Title: Practitioner Level 3 (SE10)
    Location: SE10
    Hours: 3 Days per Week (30-35 hours total)
    Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
    Start Date: ASAP

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practitioner Level 3 to join our team in SE10. This position offers the opportunity to work 3 days per week (30 hours in total) with a competitive hourly wage of £12.50 - £13.00, depending on experience. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting individuals in a care or educational environment, who has a solid understanding of best practices and can contribute to a positive, dynamic team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide high-quality care or support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
    Work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for individuals.
    Demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
    Maintain accurate records of service users' progress and well-being.
    Deliver tailored support plans and interventions based on individual needs.
    Promote a safe and welcoming environment for service users and team members.
    Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:
    Level 3 or above Qualification in Childcare
    Previous experience in a similar practitioner role.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of individuals.
    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    Flexibility to work 3 days a week (30-35hours).
    DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
