Job Description
- Senior Nursery Manager – overseeing our Nursery and Pre-school two separate sites.
The role is Monday to Friday and office based – at 40 hours per week.
Salary £40,000 per annum and 31 days holiday as well as other benefits
Level 3 Qualification and 2 years previous experience leading a team is essential for this Senior Nursery Manager role.
This role is to oversee the running of a 45 place Nursery and a 65 place Pre-School. Both have Managers in post and whilst this person will also be a named manager their role will be to over see the 2 settings, leading on a strategic focus as well as ensuring outstanding quality of care for our children, families and staff are in place. You can see this role as a stepping stone for an established manager to move into multi-site management.
