- We are looking for a Childcare area Manager who is required to oversee and manage a number of after school clubs and holiday club sites and their teams effectively according to Policy, Procedures and Best Practice.Your day will be a mix of office hours and site visits during your working day of 10-6pm Monday to Friday.This role is all year round however hours can be flexible for the right applicant.Main tasks include:-To rota effectively, maintaining consistency and appropriately qualified persons at each site.-To manage cover in the event of absence-To recruit to the highest standards possible.For this role you will need:-Level 3 or above in childcare-To have experience of working in the Early years sector-A minimum of 2 years managerial experience within the Early years sector.-To be able to lead, motivate and support a teamIn return the company are offering £15.00 per hour-Performance based Christmas Bonuses- 30% off fees for childcare-Long service recognition – you are awarded an extra half day holiday for each full year you completewith us, to a maximum of one full week holiday.
