Job Description
- We are working with a wrap around club manager to join this club. This role is 12-6pm Monday -Friday with flexibility in the school holidays to work 8-2pm .The role will include you working at the wrap around club and lead and support the staff tea, Club hours are 230pm -6pmMain tasks of the role are:-To oversee the collection of the children and take into the club-Plan and organize activities for the children and keep records of planning-Ensue all paper work is completed-To make sure all policies and procedures are followed-To lead weekly team meetingsFor this role you need :-A level 3 or above childcare qualification or play work qualification-Have a strong background of working with children.-To be willing to complete company training-To be able to model good practice-To love working with children-To be able to organise and be involved in the activities with the children-To be able to lead, motivate and support a teamIn return the company are offering a salary of £14.25 per hour as well as-• Performance based Christmas Bonuses are paid to all staff.
