? Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on qualifications & experience)
? Hours: Full-time, 41 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 6:30 PM)

Your Role:
? Lead and coordinate teaching & learning across the nursery, ensuring an engaging, inspiring, and high-quality environment.
? Work closely with the management team to maintain smooth day-to-day nursery operations.
? Provide hands-on support & training to staff, embedding outstanding early years practices.
? Ensure assessments, observations, and progress tracking on Famly are up to date and effective.
? Act as the nursery’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and SEN support, ensuring the best outcomes for every child.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring open and effective communication.
? Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and promote a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
? Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (higher qualifications desirable).
? Strong knowledge of Reggio Emilia-inspired learning and child development.
? Experience in leading and mentoring teams in an early years setting.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
? A proactive and hands-on approach to supporting staff and children.
? Full driving license & own car (due to location).
