We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and nurturing nursery team in Tadworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a childcare professional who loves working with young children and is committed to providing high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young children.
? Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS guidelines to support children’s development.
? Work as part of a team to ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
? Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
? Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, supporting their learning journey.
? Ensure safeguarding policies and health & safety procedures are always followed.
Requirements:
? Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
? Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
? A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
? A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
