    We are looking for a Level 3 or above qualified Senior Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse / Room Leader ready for the next step in their career. If you are already a Deputy Manager, this could also be a great opportunity to lead and inspire in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be an integral part of the nursery management team, ensuring the setting runs efficiently and maintains high standards. Your role includes:

    ? Leadership & Team Management – Supporting and mentoring educators, leading by example, and managing staff rotas

    ? Child Development – Creating stimulating experiences aligned with the EYFS framework, ensuring every child receives quality care and education

    ? Operational Excellence – Overseeing policies, safeguarding, and ensuring compliance with regulations

    ? Parental Engagement – Building strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress

    ? Deputising for the Nursery Manager – Taking charge in their absence and ensuring the smooth running of the nursery

    What You’ll Need

    ? Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years Education qualification

    ? Experience in a senior or managerial role within a nursery setting

    ? Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices

    ? Leadership skills, with experience in staff training and development

    ? Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
