  • Term Time only Room Leader – Bexleyheath DA6 – Mon-Fri 8:30am-4pm - £14 per hour – ASAP start

    This home-from-home, close-knit setting is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join their expanding team. Conveniently located with excellent transport links and on-site parking, it’s easily accessible. The role involves leading a small team in a single room setting, operating on a term-time basis for 37 weeks per year. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

    What we need from you:
    • Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
    • Experience in a nursery setting 2 years +

    Your duties will include:
    • Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education

    • Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
    • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
    • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis
