Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care or support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for individuals. Demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of service users' progress and well-being. Deliver tailored support plans and interventions based on individual needs. Promote a safe and welcoming environment for service users and team members. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: Level 3 or above Qualification in Childcare Previous experience in a similar practitioner role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of individuals. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work 3 days a week (30-35hours). DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
