• A family based in Taplow, Maidenhead are looking for a full time Nanny to join their family.
  
  Days: Monday to Friday
  
  Hours: 7am - 7pm (with early finish at 6pm on Fridays)
  
  3 children: 6 year old boy, 4 year old girl and a baby arriving in May 2025
  
  Start Date: May 2025
  
  
  Salary: £18-£20 gross per hour
  
  Gross annual salary: £55,224.00 to £61,360.00
  
  
  The family are looking for a nanny who has a minimum of 5 years nanny experience and who has previous experience with new born babies and looking after 3 children.
  
  The family have a maternity nurse for 5 months starting mid-May so care will begin for the baby from September/October 2025 when the older children go back to school and the maternity nurse leaves.
  
  The nanny will be responsible for full care of the children, drop-offs, pick-ups, planning stimulating activities and teaching the children about the world/every day skills which is very important to the family.
  
  Mum and Dad work full time, therefore someone reliable and independent is key as well as a nanny who is looking to become part of the family for the long-term.
  
  A driver is required, the nanny can use the family care if needed.
  
  
  The family would also like the nanny to be open to babysitting (eg. 1-2 times a month max), proxy parenting occasionally if the family go away for a couple of days and travelling with the family 2 weeks a year.
  
  
  Duties:
  
  General nanny duties
  
  Organising and preparing healthy and homemade snacks and meals
  
  Preparing age appropriate activities
  
  Making sure the children are kept stimulated
  
  Encouraging the development of all the children
