Description of dutiesUpdate crm with candidates and parents’ details, ensuring that all records up to date
Registering new candidates via video calls and completing compliance checks
Carry out reference checks for all new and current candidates
Post weekly to Facebook with provided marketing content.
Ensure shifts have been completed correctly on crm
Add new employees to payroll
Ad hoc as required – e.g. filing, arranging interviews, confirming appointments, researching, birthday cards. Posting jobs across all available sites
Booking shifts for nurseries and candidates.
Sending e-birthday cards
Answering phone calls and directing / taking messages
Covering for manager when on leave
Scheduling posts to facebook
Will need to have a smart phone to have access to the telephone app
Skills and Abilities
Essential
Good understanding of office 365 packages
Ability to learn and understand new software packages.
Excellent and confident telephone manner
Ability to plan own workload and priotise tasks
Excellent written communication skills
Relevant administration experience
Ability to be flexible in a busy, changing business
Able to commute to Launceston
Desirable
Childcare or recruitment background
Experience of using crm systems
Geographical knowledge of Devon, Cornwall and South Somerset
